UK PM ATTEMPTING TO CONVINCE OWN MPs TO VOTE FOR RWANDA SAFETY BILL

UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and his allies are expected to spend Friday trying to convince Conservative MPs to back new legislation on the government's Rwanda migration plan.

The new bill was meant to resurrect the government's flagship immigration policy of sending asylum seekers to Rwanda, but has angered many on the right of his party.
