INTRO:
The U.S. State of Colorado has ruled that former President Donald Trump can not appear on their ballot for election because of insurrection from January 6th 2021.
But his lawyers are appealing, and it is likely to be up to the U.S. Supreme Court to make a final ruling ahead of primary elections starting next month.
