Top Indian University prohibits protests on campus

Intro:

One of India's top universities, JNU says it will fine students or potentially suspend them for holding protests on the campus - a move many say curbs free speech.

According to its new rules, any demonstrations within a 100-metre radius of an academic building could attract fines of up to 250 US Dollars or suspension for two semesters.
