A senior cardinal will deliver Pope Francis' speech to the COP 28 climate conference on Saturday, after the 86-year-old was forced to cancel his planned trip to Dubai.
The Vatican says the Pope is still recovering from bronchitis and was advised by his doctors not to travel.
