The head of the UN peacekeeping mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo has warned of the possible escalation of tensions between the DRC and Rwanda. Bintou Keita told members of the UN Security Council that relations between the two neighboring countries have deteriorated further this month as fighting continues between Congolese forces and the M23 rebel group.
