Oil spill in Chennai cross 20sq km into the sea

An oil spill in Chennai, in India's south - has now crossed at least 20 square kilometers into the Bay of Bengal, according to coast guard officials. 

The oil spill occurred a week ago - but authorities are still struggling to contain the leak.
