Localised tornado damages homes in UK

Around 100 homes in northern England have been damaged in what's been described as a "localised tornado" as Storm Gerrit moves across the UK. Thousands of homes in Scotland are without power and travel has been disrupted in many areas of the country. Julia Chapman reports.
