Japan's troubled space agency eyes Mars voyage delays

Japan is considering postponing a landmark project to retrieve the world's first Martian moon surface samples. 


The Mars voyage is due for 2024, but may be delayed by two years due to ongoing troubles with Japan’s new H3 rocket.
