The European Union's Foreign Ministers are meeting in Brussels to try and hash out a deal on opening membership talks with Ukraine, as well providing it with more funding.
The other big issue on the agenda will be a discussion on whether or not to sanction Hamas as well is Israeli settlers in the West Bank.
