Calls for Russian and Belarusian athletes to be allowed to compete under a neutral flag at Olympics

Olympic sports federations have asked to allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to compete as neutrals at next summer's Paris Games.

The International Olympic Committee has yet to make a final ruling on whether athletes from the two countries will be permitted to compete next summer.
