Bilateral talks between U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and
China's Vice Premier H Lifeng are set to kickoff on Thursday.
The two days of meetings are a precursor to the Asia-Pacific Economic
Cooperation Summit and a possible meeting between the leaders of the
world's two largest economies.
