Texas Supreme Court to hear challenge over state’s near-total abortion ban

The Texas Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments today (TUESDAY) in a case challenging the state's near-total ban on abortion. Twenty women are suing, claiming the law denied them medical care and put their lives in danger when their pregnancies became complicated. Toni Waterman has more.
