Amid diplomatic tensions with India, Canada says it's taking Sikh separatist group SFJ's threat of a global blockade of Air India flights seriously.
Sikhs for Justice, a Canada-based organisation that calls for a separate state for the Sikh community to be carved out of India's Punjab, issued a warning against flying Air India on November 19th.
Addressing the Sikh community, the spokesperson for the group had said – quote – your lives may be in danger.
