Biden to meet with Latin American leaders, announce funding to host migrants

U.S. President Joe Biden will host leaders from South America and the Caribbean at the White House today (FRIDAY) as a record number of migrants are making their way to the US southern border. In a bid to stem the flow, Biden is expected to announce fresh funding for countries hosting migrants. Toni Waterman has more from Texas.
