US eases Venezuelan oil sanctions in election deal

The US is easing oil, gas and gold restrictions on Venezuela after President Nicolas Maduro's government struck a deal with the opposition party to hold free elections next year.  The Biden Administration calls the agreement a democratic development - but Republicans say it's "absurd" to ease sanctions on one of the worst regimes in the world. Toni Waterman has more.
