The UK Prime Minister has proposed changing the minimum age people can buy cigarettes in England, in order to stop more people developing the habit.
The plan would have the minimum legal age to buy cigarettes rise by one year, every year, so that people who smoke now can continue to buy cigarettes — but eventually prevent anyone at all from purchasing them.
