Maine shooter's relatives and army unit warned Sheriff's office about threat


The family of the man who carried out this year's worst mass shooting in the U.S. had warned police five months ago about a decline in his mental health. But he still had access to guns, and shot and killed 18 people at a bar and bowling alley last week in Maine.
