Investigation finds Vietnam attempted to hack U.S officials

A forensic investigation has found that Vietnamese government agents
tried to hack the phones of members of Congress, American policy
experts and U.S. journalists.
The spies had used the social network X and according to reports the
attempts were unsuccessful.
