Biden urges funding to support Israel & Ukraine in Oval Office speech

In an Oval Office address US President Joe Biden has said Russia's
president and Hamas both want to "annihilate" democracies.

President Biden used the speech to urge Americans to get behind the
idea of sending billions of dollars to support Israel and Ukraine.

He's expected to ask Congress on Friday to pass $100 billion dollars in funding.
