18 year old arrested for murder of well known NYC activist

New York police have arrested and charged 18 year old Brian Dowling
for the alleged murder of a well known activist.
According to police, Dowling pulled out a knife and stabbed Ryan
Carson during an altercation.
He was stabbed three times, while his girlfriend looked on.
