WHO welcomes declaration on pandemic prevention

The World Health Organization head, Tedros Ghebreyesus has welcomed
Wednesday's "historic" commitment by global leaders on the approval of
a political declaration on pandemic prevention in New York.
The summit on pandemic prevention was set up by the United Nations to
come up with a strategic approach should another pandemic surface.
