UK designates Wagner terrorist organisation

The UK is designating Russia's Wagner mercenary group a terrorist organisation. Wagner has operated in Ukraine, Syria and parts of Africa and its leader Evgeniy Prigozhin died in a plane crash two weeks ago. Julia Chapman reports from London.
