The UN Security Council is dysfunctional says Kenya's president

Kenya President William Ruto says the United Nations Security is
dysfunctional and undemocratic.
Ruto, addressing the United Nations General Assembly on Thursday said
the composition of the security council must be changed and there's no
better time as the present.
The Kenyan President joins the chorus of several African and Latin
American leaders calling for UN reforms.
