Texas prisons in an indefinite lockdown amid rising crime rates

Texas jails and prisons have been put into an indefinite statewide lockdown. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice says the highly unusual move is necessary to combat a rise in contraband and killings behind bars.  Toni Waterman has more.
