Judge orders Texas to remove Rio Grande water barriers

A federal judge has ordered Texas to remove a string of floating water barriers in the Rio Grande River, not buying the state's argument that they are needed to deter migrants crossing from Mexico. Instead, he called it a "threat to human life". Toni Waterman has more.
