Italian government cuts growth forecasts and raises deficit targets

Italy's government has lowered its growth forecasts and raised its fiscal deficit targets.

That weaker economic outlook was announced after Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni held a cabinet meeting in Rome on Wednesday.
