Guterres calls for an end to the war in Ukraine

United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres has once again
criticised Russia's war against Ukraine.
Speaking in New York on Tuesday, Guterres said member states must
uphold the UN Charter's pledge for peace.
The Secretary General told world leaders that by ignoring global
treaties and conventions makes everyone in the world less safe.
