Florida's Supreme Court will start hearing oral arguments today (FRIDAY) on whether a 15-week abortion ban violates the state's constitution. But as Toni Waterman explains, the decision from the top court will be far more consequential…because it could also decide the fate of a much stricter abortion ban.
