Bus company responsible for fatal New York crash was an "unacceptable" operator

The bus operator responsible for a fatal crash in New York was listed
as an "unacceptable operator" by the state of New York after failing
several safety inspections since 2022.
Two teachers were killed and several students injured in the crash.
About 40 students and teachers from the Farmingdale High School's
marching band from Long Island were onboard the bus when it swerved
off Interstate 84.
