A new UK Defence Secretary has been appointed as part of a 'Mini-Reshuffle' at the top of the British Government.
Grant Shapps, the former Energy Security Minister, has replaced the outgoing Defence Secretary Ben Wallace, who had announced his decision to step down last month.
