Montana judge hands major victory to climate activists

A landmark climate decision out of Montana. A judge has ruled in favor of a group of young plaintiffs who have accused the state of violating their right to a healthy environment by supporting the use of fossil fuels, which are seen as a main driver of climate change. Toni Waterman has more.
