First Trump co-defendant turns himself in at Georgia jail

Scott Hall has become the first Trump co-defendant to turn himself in to Georgia authorities. According to Fulton County Jail records, he did so on Tuesday morning and is still in custody. All 19 defendants have been given till noon on Friday to surrender. Toni Waterman has more.
