Ukraine war, terrorism on agenda as Putin, Xi, Modi attend SCO summit

Intro:

Russia's President Vladimir Putin will make his first appearance on the global stage after the Wagner mutiny, at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit on Tuesday.

The Summit is being chaired by India – and will be attended by the heads of SCO member and observer states, including China's Xi Jinping.

SCO is a grouping of eight nations including India, China, Russia, and five Central Asian countries.

The war in Ukraine and regional stability are likely to be high up on the agenda, as Ishan Garg reports from New Delhi.
