Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has cautioned security agencies in the country to remain alert following the terrorist attack on a school, near the border with DR Congo.
The President blamed poor coordination and slow response by security agencies for the killings of over 40 people by the Allied Democratic Forces terrorists on 16th June.
