Residents of Sudan's capital, Khartoum, continue to endure the effects of "violent fighting" over the city, between forces loyal to the Government and forces loyal to a rebel general.
Thousands have been killed since the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces tried to take control of the country on April 15, and millions have been displaced.
