EU CONSIDERS RUSSIAN DEMANDS ON GRAIN TO DEAL TO KEEP AGREEMENT AFLOAT

The European Union is considering allowing Russia's agricultural bank to circumvent sanctions in the hopes of saving the Black Sea grain deal.

Despite the concession, industry experts are still doubtful that Moscow will renew the deal, jeopardizing food supplies for millions of people.
