EU agrees common position with Latin America and the Carribean on Ukraine

INTRO:

The European Union and leaders from Caribbean and Latin American countries have agreed a common position on Ukraine at a summit in Brussels. In the first meeting of its kind in eight years, the leaders also committed to working together to boost trade ties and fight climate change.
