President Joe Biden says he "strongly disagrees" with the US Supreme Court's landmark decision to overturn university affirmative action programmes.
The country's highest court — which he branded as "not normal" — ruled on Thursday to upend decades of positive discrimination policies in college applications that were designed to promote diversity.
