UN chief calls on Israel to halt new settlements

The United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guiterres has called on
Israel to halt its latest planned illegal settlements in Palestine.
His statements come after the Israeli government on Sunday decided to
expedite the approval process of a new Jewish settlement in the
occupied West Bank.
