First hurricane this season set to make landfall

The first hurricane for the season is set to move over the Caribbean
sea by late Thursday.
According to the hurricane center this rare storm for this time of
year, will be bringing a risk of flooding from heavy rainfall, strong
winds, and dangerous storm surges and waves
