The blistering and deadly heat wave that has been parked over Texas for the past two weeks is on the move. Tens of millions of Americans in Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas and Flordia are now bracing for extreme temperatures - with heat indices much, much hotter. Toni Waterman has more.
