India's HDFC Bank's merger with its sister entity will result in the world's fourth-largest lender by market capitalization.
After the merger which is due to be completed over the weekend, it will rank behind the likes of JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America – but will still boast a 120 million strong customer base.
