The man accused of fatally strangling Jordan Neely with a chokehold
onboard a New York City subway has pleaded not guilty
24 year old Daniel Penny is facing charges of manslaughter and
criminally negligent homicide.
Penny was captured in videos recorded by bystanders choking Neely on 1 May.
