Italy's GDP forecast to grow by 1.2 percent in 2023

The Italian economy is forecast to grow by 1.2 percent in 2023, according to the country's official statistics agency.

That would mark a significant downturn from last year, when Italy's GDP bounced back from the coronavirus pandemic.
