Reports say Indian drug maker Marion Biotech used industrial-grade chemicals instead of pharmaceutical-grade materials in its cough syrup that's been linked to the death of 19 children in Uzbekistan.
Indian officials are currently investigating Marion, which has denied any wrongdoing.
