Senior Twitter Engineer quits after DeSantis glitch

A senior engineer at Twitter has announced he's quitting the role just
days after technical glitches dominated the launch of Ron DeSantis'
presidential bid.

Florida's governor used a live-streaming function on Twitter to make
his public announcement.
