An Indiana doctor has been reprimanded and ordered to pay a fine of
some three thousand dollars for violating a young patient's privacy.
Dr. Caitlin Bernard performed an abortion to a 10-year-old rape victim
from Ohio, she later spoke about it on television at an abortion
rights rally against the overturning of Roe versus Wade.
