Three senior cabinet members in US President Joe Biden's administration are warning that proposed budget cuts could undermine Washington's ability to compete with China.
In a rare move, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo testified together at a Senate hearing on Tuesday, urging lawmakers to put the country "in a position of strength" against what they call the "most consequential geopolitical challenge."
