US and South Korean to sign North Korea deterrence plan

The US and South Korea are set to sign a declaration establishing new
ways to stop North Korea's nuclear program.

President Joe Biden is welcoming President Yoon Suk Yeol to the White
House for a state visit - just the second of the Biden administration
- as the two countries look to build on their 70-year relationship.
