Turkiye's President Erdogan has been forced to attend a ceremony for a new nuclear power station by video link -- after falling ill on Wednesday with what he described as 'serious stomach flu'.
A live TV interview had to be abruptly cancelled on Wednesday as muffled noises picked up by microphone made clear something had gone wrong.
The President instead appeared on-screen with Russian President Vladimir Putin, to commemorate the first delivery of fuel to the plant, which is set to provide Turkiye with nuclear energy for 80 years once operational in 2024.
Stuart Smith reports from Moscow.
